Refund Policy

Thank you for showing interest in our auction.

For you to bid at the auction you will be expected to pay a deposit as agreed to by Dynamic Auctioneers and yourself.

The deposit will be charged to your account or credit card.

In the event that a purchase  is not made or a purchase is made for a lesser amount than the deposit which has been paid, the full deposit or the balance thereof, whichever applies, will be refunded to your account or credit card within 72 hours subject to you not having any outstanding amounts owing to Dynamic Auctioneers.
